Dustyn is a proud UBC Okanagan Management Alumni. His closely-held values of equality and community involvement directed his growing involvement in non-profit organizations, which accumulated in his successful co-chairing of the 2012, 2015 ad 2016 Fierté Canada Pride National Conference & AGM and Canadian Association of Business Students’ annual CABS Roundtable conference in 2010. He is currently active as the Director of Events for Okanagan Pride and Treasurer for Fierté Canada Pride.

Dustyn had a successful career in customer service and sales at BMO, and as a Recruiter, Manager of Customer Service, and Team Manager at TD Bank Group. Recently hired on to support the Central Okanagan Economic Development Commission with Workforce Development, Dustyn is addressing the gaps in “Growing in the Okanagan – 2020 Labour Market Outlook” report, with a focus on improving the quality of life for professionals in the local community while growing the availability of opportunities in the workforce. Outside of his commitments to the COEDC, Dustyn runs his own business, Princess Circle, which works with organizations that are committed to improving their overall experience with their customers, clients, and employees alike. And if all that wasn’t enough, he’s also working on a book, People Above Profits, to be released sometime this year.
