Every month, we curate an exciting experience by rotating between various coffee shops in Downtown Kelowna or the Landmark District, or partnering with local businesses and organizations. This allows us to explore unique spaces and learn more about the diverse talents and passions that shape our community. Some of the places we’ve held socials include Pulp Fiction Coffee, Black Sheep Coffee Bar, Third Space Cafe, Accelerate Okanagan, Okanagan coLab and the Tourism Kelowna Visitor Centre.

Flexible and Hassle-Free Attendance

Attending our Coffee Socials couldn't be easier. While we encourage registration to gauge attendance, there is absolutely no charge to participate. Drop in anytime that fits your schedule, and you don't need to worry about arriving right at the start of the event. Come as you are, and feel free to mingle with others or grab your favourite beverage first before joining the conversation.

Embracing the charm of each season, we adapt our Coffee Socials accordingly. During the winter months, you'll find us cozied up in a coffee shop corner, savoring warm drinks and engaging in meaningful discussions. As the sun shines brighter, we take the opportunity to gather on open rooftops or inviting patios, where the friendly ambiance and stunning views enhance our networking experience.

No Formalities, Just Fun and Prizes

Leave your business cards and sales pitches at home! Our Coffee Socials are all about creating a relaxed and enjoyable environment. There are no formal programs or speakers to distract from the genuine connections we aim to foster. The only interruption you'll experience is during our exciting prize draw, where you have the chance to win fantastic prize packs at each gathering. As a program operated by the local government, we want you to know that there are no memberships or commitments required to attend our events. Feel free to join us as frequently or infrequently as you like, and there's absolutely no pressure to participate. Over 40 or under 40, we don’t I.D. - everyone is welcome to be a part of our inclusive and casual gatherings.
